I have been using Elance, Freelancer, Guru over the past 5 years for various projects. This specific project I have tried to commission for about 2 years but just could not find the right expertise or understanding of what needed to be done. On the surface this was a jasperreports project but more that that it required extensive knowledge of Java and jasperreport library.
